Greetings and Welcome to the website for the Tampa Bay Chapter of The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources.

The Tampa Bay chapter of NAAAHR is dedicated to improving the professional development of African Americans as well as gain knowledge through quality programming, networking and providing a forum to discuss issues affecting individual careers and the quality of work life for African Americans.

As a founding chapter of NAAAHR it is our pleasure to represent the organization through helping HR professionals with personal and professional growth, giving back to the community and creating strategic partnerships that will help to grow the Human Resources community.
